Activities and Aims

Lady Shave chorus practices weekly in Porvoo, performs in their home town and Helsinki region yearly and attends international barbershop competitions around every two years.

Chorus members take actively part in the work behind the scenes. Everyday routines are run by music-, clothing and makeup-, choreography- and pr- committees.

The aim of the chorus is to sing barbershop music, train new barbershop singers, found new quartets, increase barbershop knowledge in Finland and co-operate with other choruses.
